Every build follows the same sequence: rigorous planning, transparent contracts, and a site team accountable for every stage.
Consult
We visit the site, review the drawings or brief, and scope the works honestly, including what a design will actually cost to build.
Plan & Contract
A JCT contract, a fixed programme and a vetted supply chain are locked in before a single spade goes in the ground.
Build
Daily site management and weekly client reporting, so you always know exactly where the project stands.
Handover
Snagging, certification and documentation handled before you get the keys, with aftercare beyond completion.
